- Coordinate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs by 15%+
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
