Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies reducing costs by 15%+ annually through process optimization
- Oversee daily logistics, inventory management, and distribution center operations across 3 facilities
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency and quality control
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehouse, and customer service departments
- Analyze operational KPIs using Power BI/Tableau to drive data-driven decision making
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation and warehousing services
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards across all operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain/operations management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement expertise
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ professionals in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated success in implementing WMS/TMS solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth technology or e-commerce sectors
