Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and vendor management
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve quarterly KPIs
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and optimize operational costs
- Drive digital transformation projects including ERP system integration
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in scaling high-growth organizations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong PMP or Six Sigma certification
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Deep knowledge of DC-area logistics and regulatory landscape
