Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes across 5+ departments including supply chain, logistics, and customer service
- Develop and implement KPI dashboards to monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects to reduce operational costs by 15-20% annually
- Manage a team of 12+ direct reports through coaching, performance reviews, and talent development
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and annual operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and industry regulations
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in operations leadership with 3+ managing teams of 10+
- Proven track record of optimizing complex workflows in tech or manufacturing environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost reduction and process re-engineering
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) highly valued
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with C-suite experience
