Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and fleet logistics across 3+ facilities
- Develop/implement SOPs to enhance efficiency while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Analyze KPIs (OTD, FCR, P&L) to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and transportation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
- Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve margins
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proven track record of P&L management and budget oversight
- Expertise in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Power BI proficiency
- OSHA 30 and Lean Six Sigma certification required
- Exceptional leadership with 5+ years managing teams of 15+
