- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and industry-specific regulations
- Lead digital transformation projects for operational automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and supply chain management
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Track record of reducing operational costs by 20%+ in previous roles
