Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of 15+ operations specialists
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders for seamless operations
- Manage annual budget and resource allocation for departmental needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational metrics
- OSHA and DOT compliance certifications preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
