Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations across production, logistics, and quality assurance
- Develop/implement KPIs to drive efficiency and cost reduction
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams through strategic planning and execution
- Optimize supply chain processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across operational workflows
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate key contracts
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in tech sector
- Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Strong data analytics skills with SQL and Power BI proficiency
- Exceptional leadership with experience managing remote teams
- PHR/SPHR or PMP certification preferred
