Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehouse logistics, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with a focus on performance metrics and KPI achievement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service levels and cost structures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all operations
- Analyze operational data using BI tools to drive data-driven decision making
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in operations/supply chain management with team leadership
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements resulting in 15%+ cost reduction
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and warehouse management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Experience in logistics or distribution environment highly desirable
