Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operational staff
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service departments
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
