Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams across logistics, inventory, and quality control departments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure supply chain resilience
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
- Mentor and develop operational staff through targeted training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record implementing process improvements with measurable resultsStrong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
