Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and inventory management systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and workflow redesign
- Excellent communication abilities with demonstrated success in stakeholder management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement credentials
- Experience scaling operations for high-growth tech or manufacturing environments
