Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 administrative professionals through performance management and professional development
- Manage vendor relationships for office services, IT support, and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, meetings, and corporate events
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting for administrative functions
- Act as primary liaison for HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation
- Ensure workplace safety protocols and ADA compliance are maintained
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong leadership experience with demonstrated team management success
- Knowledge of Nevada labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Experience implementing green office initiatives and sustainability programs
