Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming IT support tickets and system alerts during the night shift.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security audits to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to document resolutions and hand off unresolved issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company security protocols and compliance standards.
- Respond to emergency outages with urgency and precision to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
