Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of our enterprise-level systems during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical tickets with minimal supervision, prioritizing critical issues.
- Conduct nightly security audits and system backups to safeguard client data.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to hand over unresolved issues and provide status updates.
- Document all technical interventions and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or technical operations.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a plus.
