Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues in real-time.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure 99.99% uptime during critical maintenance windows.
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Document technical specifications and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Availability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
