Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network solutions for high-profile clients
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network outages and security incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud integration strategies
- Document network configurations, security protocols, and performance metrics
- Train junior technicians on network best practices and emerging technologies
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement and support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure
- CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent industry certification (degree not required)
- Proficiency in network automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Expertise in SD-WAN, firewall configurations, and VPN solutions
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex network issues
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
