Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React and Node.js.
- Architect scalable backend services and optimize database performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-fidelity user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, perform system testing, and ensure code quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement efficient solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Baltimore, MD.
