Qualifications
- No Degree Required: A high school diploma or GED is sufficient; relevant certifications are highly valued.
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members clearly.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support or network administration.
