Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and paid platforms
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize ROI for luxury hospitality clients
- Lead cross-functional projects with design, sales, and product teams
- Create compelling content that resonates with Pacific Island and Asian markets
- Mentor junior marketing specialists through our mentorship program
- Track KPIs and present quarterly performance insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing with 2+ years in luxury/hospitality sector
- Proven experience managing $500K+ annual marketing budgets
- Expertise in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong strategic planning and cross-cultural communication skills
- Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred
- Ability to work autonomously with flexible schedule requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Honolulu (relocation package provided)
