- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Manage a $500K annual marketing budget with ROI optimization focus
- Mentor a team of 4-5 marketing specialists
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives
- Present performance reports to executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful multi-channel campaign execution
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Experience managing budgets over $250K
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
