Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into production environments.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize model accuracy and latency.
- Mentorship: Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in ML engineering.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to innovate our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Science roles.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with deep knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Willingness and ability to relocate to Baltimore, MD (Relocation package included).
