Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 core neural engine.
- Optimize deep learning models for massive scale and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
- Establish best practices for code quality, MLOps, and data governance.
- Conduct research and publish findings in top-tier AI conferences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
