Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and researchers.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural excellence.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
