Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune advanced neural networks and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize models for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and continuous deployment.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for model improvement.
- Stay current with the latest research in AI and implement novel techniques.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineering team members.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
