Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead system migration projects and optimize network performance
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex IT systems and security incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Document system architectures and create technical SOPs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
