Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead system migration projects and optimize network performance
- Develop automation solutions using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues and security incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Document technical architecture and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technology workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Professional certifications (AWS/Azure, CCNP, or CompTIA Security+)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
