Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), networking systems, and security protocols
- Lead complex system migrations and upgrades while ensuring minimal business disruption
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for critical infrastructure components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable IT solutions aligned with business objectives
- Document system architecture, processes, and operational procedures
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Professional certifications (CompTIA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent) required
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Must be eligible for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
