Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Manage enterprise-level networks, servers, and security protocols
- Lead system optimization projects to enhance performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 support and troubleshooting for complex IT systems
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and implementation
- Professional certifications (AWS/Azure, CompTIA Security+, CCNP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
