Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable network infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat analysis and vulnerability remediation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy enterprise software and hardware
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
- Develop automation scripts to optimize system performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CISSP preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation abilities
