Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Manage and secure on-premise and cloud-based environments, with a focus on Azure and AWS.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement data protection measures to meet compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and optimize workflows.
- Oversee the hardware lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and disposal of assets.
- Train junior staff and document technical procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Systems Administration or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship and the legal right to work in the United States.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux administration.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
