Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid solutions
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and lead incident resolution for critical systems
- Develop automation scripts for routine maintenance and deployment tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems administration
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
