Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud platforms and network systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and business processes
- Document system configurations and develop disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee hardware/software deployments
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct system audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Proven experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
