Responsibilities

- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system integrations and troubleshooting
- Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals
- Document system architectures and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Certification in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Security+ preferred
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise firewalls
- Strong scripting capabilities with Python/PowerShell
- Proven track record in managing hybrid cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
