Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including cloud systems and on-premise servers
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and lead disaster recovery planning
- Oversee system migrations, updates, and optimization for 200+ user environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT strategy and digital transformation projects
- Document system architecture and create technical SOPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in systems administration with Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and hybrid infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and threat mitigation
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management tools
