Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle millions of users.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and implement innovative solutions for complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to sponsor work visas (H1B, O-1, etc.) for qualified foreign candidates.
