Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Document processes, create technical documentation, and maintain system inventories
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
- CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize competing demands
