Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues and outages
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Create documentation for system configurations and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in systems administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Valid work authorization requiring sponsorship
