Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure including cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Manage enterprise systems security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and scalability
- Document processes and create technical documentation for knowledge transfer
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct periodic system audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT administration with cloud platforms
- Strong expertise in network security protocols (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Certifications required: CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
