Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud solutions and on-premise systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and business processes
- Develop automation scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce downtime
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate technology upgrades
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Administrator preferred)
- Proven experience with network security protocols and firewalls
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, etc.)
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
