Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the company network infrastructure and security.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets via Zendesk within strict SLA.
- Conduct regular system updates, patch management, and backups.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to lift 20lbs for hardware deployment.
