Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and resolve complex system issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and system performance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Lead system upgrade projects and ensure minimal business disruption
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Azure certifications required
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in incident management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
