Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Perform system backups, updates, and patch management to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
