Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and software applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
- Configure and maintain VPN access and remote desktop solutions.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Perform regular hardware inventory audits and asset tagging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
