Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and network security
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Provide technical training to staff on new systems and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and service level agreements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and enterprise networking
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python) for automation
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow) and ITIL methodologies
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
