Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Maintain network security and perform system audits

Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT support with 2+ years in cloud environments
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or AWS/Azure
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
