Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure including cloud systems, network security, and hardware deployments
- Provide Tier 3 support resolution for enterprise software and hardware issues
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company assets
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and vendor management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft 365 required
- Expertise in network administration and cybersecurity best practices
