Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and user experience
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with network/systems administration
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance protocols
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent) required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
