Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT incidents
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux systems and networking
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
