Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure solutions including cloud systems and network security protocols
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues across enterprise environments
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable IT solutions
- Document system architectures, processes, and technical specifications
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct regular technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCNP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
